Street Roots is the publisher of the Rose City Resource (RCR), the most comprehensive list of services for people experiencing homelessness and poverty in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. Beginning in the pages of the Burnside Cadillac in the 1990s and Street Roots newspaper in 1999, the Rose City Resource became a pocket-sized booklet in 2007. In 2010, Street Roots transformed the guide into a twice-yearly edition. The bi-annual publication cycle of the RCR is December to May and June to November, with new editions available every December and June.
Rose City Resource booklets are available to pick up at no cost from Street Roots office when the Vendor Office is open. The booklets are packed in sets of 20 and boxes of 180. Simply stop by, fill out a form, and let us know how many you are picking up. Walk-ins are welcome!
